What’s your turnaround time?
Turnaround times vary depending on the project type and scope. Typically, standard photo sessions are delivered within 7–10 business days, while larger events or commercial projects may take 2–3 weeks. Expedited delivery options are also available upon request.
Do you offer digital files?
Yes! All of our clients receive professionally edited, high-resolution digital files delivered through a secure online gallery. From there, you can easily view, download, and share your photos or videos. Prints, albums, and add-ons are also available upon request.
Do I need to pay a deposit to book a session?
Yes. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date and time. Deposits vary by service, typically ranging from $50 to 40% of the total cost, depending on the project type. The remaining balance is due on or before the day of your shoot.
